Our architect and engineering team spent over two years studying the needs of the Reher Bakery buildings to develop their Full Concept Plan and specific plans for the Stabilization Project.  We went to bid last spring and awarded the contract to Musialkiewicz Construction of Kingston, NY.  Construction began in late summer of 2013 and should be completed by summer 2014.

The Building Stabilization Project addresses serious drainage issues in the courtyard and driveway area that are undermining the structure of both 99 Broadway (the building in back of the garage) and 101 Broadway (the structure to the left in the photograph).  It also includes significant repair of structural damage to 99 and a portion of 101 Broadway.
